NotePhotography is Pinnacle’s own work on this type of project. The written details below are drafts awaiting client confirmation.
The Challenge
Where we started.
Kitchens and bathrooms are the two rooms a tenant or buyer inspects closely, and they are the hardest surfaces to finish well: moisture, grease, tile transitions and cabinetry that was never quite square.
Scope
- Degreasing, deglossing and substrate repair before any coating
- Cabinet and millwork refinishing
- Moisture-appropriate products in bathrooms and wet areas
- Tile, tub surround and transition detailing
- Hardware removal, protection and refit
The Solution
How we ran it.
Preparation is the majority of the work. Surfaces are cleaned and deglossed properly so coatings bond, moisture-rated products are used where they belong, and hardware comes off rather than being cut around.
Results
- Cabinetry finished with clean, even coverage
- Wet areas coated with moisture-appropriate products
- Sharp transitions at tile, trim and hardware
