How much does interior painting cost in Toronto?
It depends on the square footage, ceiling height, how much patching and priming the walls need, whether trim and doors are included, the paint you choose and how much access the building allows. We do not price from a phone call. After a walkthrough you get a free, written, line by line estimate.
How long does it take to repaint a condo suite?
A repaint with light patching is usually a matter of days, not weeks. Heavy wall repairs, dark colours that need blocking, and building rules on working hours and elevator bookings are what stretch it. We give you a schedule with the estimate.
Do you paint occupied homes and suites?
Yes. Furniture is moved and covered, floors are protected, low odour products are used where it matters, and the space is cleaned down at the end of every day.
Can you cover a dark accent wall without it showing through?
Yes. Dark colours are sealed with a high hiding primer before the finish coats, so the old colour does not ghost through and you are not paying for extra top coats.
Do you do exterior painting?
Yes: trim, doors, railings, siding and masonry coatings. Exterior work is scheduled around temperature and rain so the coating cures properly.
