Our Story
Why Pinnacle Works This Way.
Most construction problems are not craft problems. They are coordination problems: a scope that was never written down, a schedule nobody owned, a change that was never priced, a trade that arrived before the work in front of it was ready.
Pinnacle came up through painting and surface preparation, which is the trade that inherits every other trade’s mistakes. You cannot hide a bad substrate under a good finish, and the crew holding the brush is the one who has to answer for it. That is a useful place to learn construction from.
We run the whole job now, and we run it the way the last trade on site would want it run: conditions recorded before anything is covered, sequence set so nobody works on top of unfinished work, and a finish nobody has to apologise for.

The Work We Say Yes To.
We are a good fit for buildings that stay in use: suite turnovers running to a letting schedule, common areas that cannot close, commercial floors with a fixed move-in date, and finishing packages another contractor has left in a difficult state.
We are a poor fit for work awarded purely on the lowest number, and for projects where nobody on the client side can make a decision. We would rather say that in the first conversation than halfway through the job.
