FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Can you replace trim without damaging the walls?
Yes. Trim is cut free of the caulk and paint line before it is pulled, which keeps the drywall intact. Any small damage is repaired before the new trim goes on.
Should trim be replaced when the floors are?
Often, yes. New flooring can change the floor height, and old baseboard rarely comes off clean. Doing both together gives the neatest result.
Do you paint the trim too?
Yes. We fill, caulk and paint the trim ourselves, so the install and the finish are done to the same standard.
