NotePhotography is Pinnacle’s own work on this type of project. The written details below are drafts awaiting client confirmation.
The Challenge
Where we started.
Turnover work is judged on speed and consistency. Units come back with saturated accent colours, patched drywall and marked trim, and every day the suite sits empty costs the owner. The building stays occupied throughout, so access, noise and clean-up are constrained.
Scope
- Full surface preparation: cleaning, patching, sanding and caulking
- Priming over dark and previously saturated colours
- Walls, ceilings, trim and doors repainted to a building standard
- Kitchen and bathroom touch-ups and hardware refit
- Floor protection, elevator booking and daily clean-down
The Solution
How we ran it.
Suites are surveyed before the crew arrives so the right primers and coating schedule are on the truck. Dark walls are sealed and blocked rather than buried under extra top coats, and each unit follows the same sequence so the finish is identical from suite to suite.
Results
- Consistent building-standard finish across every unit
- Dark accent walls fully blocked, not shadowing through
- Suites handed back clean and ready to show
