NotePhotography is Pinnacle’s own work on this type of project. The written details below are drafts awaiting client confirmation.
The Challenge
Where we started.
An entrance is the most-used and most-photographed part of a building. Work has to happen around constant foot traffic, and exterior finishes have to survive weather, salt and daily contact.
Scope
- Entry, canopy and door surround preparation and refinishing
- Exterior trim, metal and railing coatings
- Surface repair before any coating is applied
- Weather-window scheduling and site protection
- Access maintained for residents throughout
The Solution
How we ran it.
Exterior scopes are planned around weather windows and building access. Surfaces are cleaned and repaired before coating, and products are matched to the substrate and exposure rather than the convenience of a single can.
Results
- Entrance kept in use throughout the work
- Substrates repaired before coating, not sealed over
- Products matched to exposure and substrate
