What affects the cost of drywall work?
The area of board, ceiling height, the finish level you need, how many corners and openings there are, and for repairs, how far damage like water staining has spread. Patches are priced together with priming and painting, so the quote covers a finished wall, not just the board.
Can you make a drywall repair invisible?
In almost every case, yes. The patch is feathered wide, sanded flat and primed before painting, which is what stops it showing through as a dull or raised spot.
Do you handle the painting after drywall work?
Yes. Drywall and painting are both our trades, so one crew takes the wall from bare board to finished colour.
How do you control dust?
The work area is sealed off, floors are covered, and sanding is done with dust control where the space is occupied. We clean down before we leave each day.
