Questions we get asked.
Can new flooring go over the old floor?
Sometimes. It depends on what is there and how flat it is. We will tell you on site whether it is sound to go over or whether the old floor needs to come up.
Do condo buildings have flooring rules?
Many do, especially around sound transmission and underlay. We check your building's requirements before ordering materials.
Do you supply the flooring or can I buy my own?
Either works. We can source materials, or install flooring you have already chosen, as long as it suits the space.
